Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase — but if it's not quite right for you, no problem.

You’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.

Once your returned item is received and checked, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return label if eligible.

If you're in the UK, we’ll cover the cost of your return. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you once your return request is approved.

Note: We’re unable to refund original delivery charges paid at checkout.

If you’re outside the UK, please email fromesstomethodjournals@gmail.com to request a return. We’ll send you instructions along with a return shipping label.
